“Charterhouse focus’s on customer satisfaction and it really shows. Had to make an emergency order of goods and it was packed and ready to pick up with in 10 mins of them closing! Staff are always friendly and happy to help aswell.”

“Never had issues since I been buying a lot here if my lfs don’t have it in stock and when I get it from theses guys they always had it in stock and never had a issue with them Had one small issue when they accidentally sent me the wrong item I sent them the a email straight away once receiving my order with the picture of the item they sent me to what I ordered and they delt with it straight away for me”

“I have been using Charterhouse Aquatics since July 2024. Have purchased Auto-Top-Off systems, fish food, power-heads and plant fertiliser. All products were delivered on time, and the products they sell are of good quality for high-end planted aquarium tanks. Certainly a good online retailer and shop for everything you need. Keep up the good work team!”

“I was find the shopping experience at our house very straightforward actually mention the recent order in unboxing video on YouTube. The range is good. I think the one time I called as the team were very responsive. I think if there is anything to mention in terms of improvement; it would be that if a order is bundled with items in stock and out of stock to potentially have the option to deliver the items in stock in advance as opposed to waiting for the complete order to be in stock before dispatching. Thanks for your work.”
