“Fantastic customer service by Charterhouse.. First time that i have made a purchase with Charterhouse aquatic and I will certainly be a returning customer from now on!! Firstly, their customer service is fantastic, they responded to my emails very promptly and took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me their honest advice which was very helpful and following making the purchase the communications were excellent and the parcel arrived very quickly and very well packaged. “Never, ever let me down.. Whenever I need something Aquarium related this is my first port of call. Charterhouse have never failed me in terms of quality, service and aftercare. They are fantastic also with their handling of livestock orders, everything is always well packed and secure. I cannot fault this company on anything and to anyone reading this and unsure with regards to ordering livestock via courier your worrying over nothing.”
