“Awesome company. It is very rare to find a company that is genuinely customer orientated. I have used countless online aquatic retailers over many years and Charterhouse is a country mile ahead of any of them, and by far the best online aquatic retailer out there. I cannot fault the customer service I have received recently from Steve and Evie who were let down by their own suppliers. They went far beyond anything I was expecting to rectify the issue and I have been truly surprised by all the help they provided. In addition, their pricing is extremely competitive and they offer price matching as well. All in all an excellent company and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them. Rob”
