About Charlotte Mills :

Wedding shoe designer, Charlotte, graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers (part of London college of Fashion) and along with its Alumni - the likes of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox and Sophia Webster - she followed her dreams and created her own brand in 2014 when she launched her first collection.

A pair of Charlotte Mills shoes has everything covered - the “Something old” is the silver Sixpence, the “Something new” is your shoes, “Something Borrowed is an envelope we provide which can be sent back to us with a picture of you in your shoes, and your “Something blue” is the blue detailing in the in-sock.

Charlotte hopes that each and every Bride falls in love with their wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.

“I ordered my bridal shoes from here in the sale a size smaller than my usual size I really wanted them to fit after being disappointed with the fit of 2 pairs prior to this. The inscription on the sole is also very special and beautiful. I'm really pleased.”

“After searching the shops and internet for months I finally chose the most amazing pair and can honestly say I am absolutely in love with my wedding shoes they’re just perfect and better than I could ever have imagined! They are everything I envisaged for my special day, they’re comfortable and glamorous! The service was excellent and I was updated at each point of shipping and I received the most special shoes in a matter of days, thank you to all at Charlotte Mills for the love and care put into each and every product and their fine details! 💙🤍”

“I had a lot of trouble at checkout trying to pay with a card and eventually rang the customer desk for help- the two ladies that helped me were wonderful and got my order sorted directly. “I ordered the Allie embellished midi dress for my hen party this weekend and I love it! I looked everywhere for a dress like this and I was not disappointed. Im usually a size 10 but ordered a size down (8) as suggested on the website and It fits like a glove. Beautiful embellishment and great quality. Definitely a statement dress and perfect for my hen party. I can’t wait to wear this tomorrow!”

“The quality of the products is brilliant, you can tell they have been made with a lot of care and expertise. The packaging is also gorgeous and makes the whole purchase feel extra special. I used customer service to see if I could swap my shoe just outside of the return period, as a new release of a very similar (but just a bit sparklier!) product had been announced. They allowed me to return the original shoes (as they were still in perfect condition!) and gave me a credit note, all in time for the new release. I can't thank Debbie enough for the service she provided, she was brilliant and so helpful (and made sure I've now got the perfect shoes for my big day!). It was also such a nice change to have the same person to contact every time, as it meant I didn't have to re-explain anything. All in all a great experience with a lovely brand.”

“First of all I need to recommend the store Charlotte Mills at the aisle edit in Manchester. What an amazing place! I was looked after by Brooke who was just fantastic.. she made the full experience a day to remember! I was well and truly spoilt by this shopping experience.. wish I could come back and buy them all over again! Next the shoes 😍😍 wow! They are absolutely perfect and fit as though they were made for my feet. The leather and the quality is just first class! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and cannot recommend this fabulous brand enough.. 💗👌🏼”

“The dress I ordered was for my hen party. STUNNING!! I had ordered a few other white dresses and they all looked very cheap and were of poor quality. This dress looks the part and I am over the moon with it. Only tiny thing I would say, if I was being overly.picky, is its a bit on the short side for us big bum girls. Maybe a curve range? Was delivered in a beautiful box and very quick.”

“Absolutely 5 stars I'd give more if I could. I originally ordered the Aubrey dress in size 12, I just didn't feel right in the dress despite how lovely it looked. Exchanged with no fuss and I am glad I did the alba felt great and complimented my Ida shoes and bow hairpiece for my hen do”

“I am really happy that the customer service (Debbie) gave a quick response and very helpful. I live in the Netherlands, so, I bought the shoes online. In the end, the shoes with one size smaller than my usual size suits my feet better (I have returned one pair of shoes earlier). The return process is a bit hassle, but in the end it went well. Overall, I am really satisfy with the work of Charlotte Mills team and most importantly with the beautiful shoes! I cant wait for wearing the shoes in my wedding day!”
