About Charlotte Mills :

Wedding shoe designer, Charlotte, graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers (part of London college of Fashion) and along with its Alumni - the likes of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox and Sophia Webster - she followed her dreams and created her own brand in 2014 when she launched her first collection.

A pair of Charlotte Mills shoes has everything covered - the “Something old” is the silver Sixpence, the “Something new” is your shoes, “Something Borrowed is an envelope we provide which can be sent back to us with a picture of you in your shoes, and your “Something blue” is the blue detailing in the in-sock.

Charlotte hopes that each and every Bride falls in love with their wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.

“Hi, Thank you I purchased the bridal trainers as a surprise for my daughter. We had visited the store also an purchased her shoes for her big day. The staff are all very friendly and my daughter was looked after really well. The shoes are just fabulous. Thank you once again.”

“Received my shoes within a week of ordering which was amazing service from UK to Ireland! They are the most BEAUTIFUL shoes I have ever seen and I am so excited to wear them on my wedding day! “I am a Mother of the Bride and was looking for a pair of Ivory shoes to go with my ivory and pink dress. After lots of searching and not finding what I was looking for my daughter suggested I take a look at Charlotte Mills Shoes which is where she had brought her bride shoes from. On the website I found the Katie Shoes which looked just the perfect shoe to go with my dress. The shoes arrived and are just beautiful and the perfect shoe to match my dress. The shoes are very comfortable and stylish. I had just one issue in that the ankle strap was a little short for my ankles. I emailed customer services and had a lovely reply from Debbie who advised me that they could send me longer ankle straps to put in these shoes. Sure enough, the new straps arrived in the post a few days later and I'm just so pleased because now these shoes are just the perfect fit for me. I can't wait to wear these shoes on my daughter's wedding day. Charlotte Mills Shoes are the perfect choice for the Bride and Mother of the Bride!!”

“I've had a wonderful experience shopping online with Charlotte Mills. Originally I picked up a bargain in the Instagram sample sale that I ended up exchanging for a less narrow style. This process was hassle-free as Debbie was really responsive and helpful over email. I'm in love with the replacements that I bought. What added to the experience was how luxuriously the shoes were packaged, I was excited to unwrap them!”

“Most patient customer service ever! I got one of the items that had been on the shop floor. And I was going back and forth changing my mind via Instagram, on what bag to get and the replies were super quick, very friendly and understanding. I ended up getting the Lara Leopard bag and it looks brand new, arrived quickly and was packed so nicely. I can't wait for the big day. The bag is perfect and kinda edgy which I love. Thanks for the great help and service.”

“Love my pair of CM shoes - the attention to detail is amazing & the customer service was also OUTSTANDING. The girls were amazing to deal with from start to end - they made the service so personalised and I felt they took all my questions and queries seriously. The packaging, everything was ELITE. Would definitely recommend a CM shoe for your big day x”

“Bought these lovely shoes for my daughter. Although not worn for the wedding yet, they feel comfortable. Good quality, soft leather and nice detailing. We did have a problem with the first pair purchased as they were marked but a quick email to CM (Debbie) resolved this very quickly. Cannot fault the customer service. My daughter is now looking forward to wearing these special shoes on her big day.”

“What a lovely experience it was coming to the Manchester boutique with my mum and two sisters to find my wedding shoes! We were greeted with fizz on arrival and I tried on multiple shoes which I had seen online that I had liked and narrowed it down to my favourites. I can’t wait to wear my CM shoes on my wedding day!”
