An award-winning small British business, we focus on designing luxury dog beds and blankets that are cosy, stylish and practical, and made to perform over time. Comfort for our canine customers is paramount, as is styling for our human customers, and we design to a mantra of ‘machine washable everything’. “We have two Italian Greyhounds and we have been using Charley Chau products for many years now. Beds are the best, dogs love them. They are very high quality and look stylish. We have been washing them many times and they still look like new! And collars... the best ones!!! Amazing colors and really good quality. Always hear great comments when we walk our dogs with their house and normal collars on. Also customer service is always brilliant, fast deliveries and quick response. Thank you Charley Chau, we love your products!!”

“Exceptional quality throws, dogs love them. I use the throws over chairs and sofas, would buy them anyway even though they are for the dogs!”

“We met the Charley Chau team at Burghley. They couldn't have been more helpful and made a great fuss of our dog! The products are high quality and Fergal just loves his new bed! They were very patient with us as we tried lots of different beds until Fergal chose his favourite. Ordering and delivery was fast and efficient. They took our oder on their stand at Burghley and promised to process it by end of business on Monday. We took delivery on Wednesday, excellent service! The little hand-written card added a personal touch which we appreciated. They are not the cheapest dog beds you will find - but they're worth every penny!”

Hi Jennifer, I'm so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the Snuggle Bed. I have looked at your order and I can see that you exchanged the small sized Snuggle Bed for a medium sized one which I hope works better for Lottie. Generally if the bed is too small for the dog it is hard for them to get into the bed which sounds like the problem that you are describing here. We always want to make sure that our customers are happy with their purchase therefore I am going to contact you separately to make sure that you and Lottie are happy with the medium Snuggle Bed. If not then you can always return it according to our returns and exchanges policy which is outlined on our website. Best wishes, Alyson

“It’s our second purchase of a Charley Chau bed for our other whippet. They do share sometimes but also both like their own bed; especially when it was very hot! These beds are not cheap but are lasting and very comfortable. Comfortable , happy whippets are very important. They like them second best to under our duvet.”

“Had skimped and not bought the waterproof liner but within a couple of weeks realised the error of my ways... arrived so quickly and all my phone queries were dealt with whilst sharing a laugh and chat”

“We have many Charley Chau products - newest addition is the ducky doughnut bed /doublefleece blanket (grey) and silver mink faux fur blanket . My Italian greyhound absolutely loves them all. The delivery was very quick and the product is good quality - good washing instructions - classy - thumbs up !”

“You all were amazing! I live in California and had ordered two small but ended up exchanging for the medium. I actually work with a company and we do high end linens for private jet owners and the quality of the beds is excellent.”

“Top quality customer service and top quality products.
