“Our Anjara has been a fan of the Charley Chau beds for the last ten years! ( she is in the possession of three...) we were looking for a snuggle bed since she crawled under her previous beddings. I was thrilled to discover that indeed someone was thinking of designing just the right bed for dogs who love hiding and being covered while resting. As the first bed arrived she immediately knew how to handle it! It was like she was waiting for this bed her whole life! Now she will turn 15 and we had to replace her first bed. The old one lasted for many years. Thank you Charley Chau!”

“Excellent customer service, UK Business,quality dog beds. I purchased a grey wash rattan dog basket with a lovely firm mattress in weave heron. Lovely contemporary basket,with a very comfy mattress, which our wire fox terrier enjoys, never seen her so relaxed. Delivery next day which is excellent. I then purchased a snuggle bed, which is made of quality velvet same excellent service. Thank you Charlie Chau”

“Beautifully made new dog bed and bought a second smaller one for our cat as loved the first bed so much! They are not cheap products but worth every penny as they look lovely for many, many years”

“Bed is lovely and plenty of filling. We bought the bed (Large in Midnight Blue) for our small whippet as some friends have one which is over 10 years old and still going strong - a great testament to good quality! As the cost of the bed is a considered purchase, given the price, we looked around and kept coming back to the Charley Chau one. The bed came in good time and well packed with a thoughtful hand written note. I really wanted this bed to be everything our whippet wanted/needed, and more....but sadly that's not the case. The furry part of the bed feels cheap and "plasticky", the best way to describe it- not what I had expected for this price point (though the velour part seems good). To make matters worse, our dog really isn't a fan of it - appreciate this is not the fault of the bed- although because the cushion is quite full, there's not much give in the top flap for her to get in and move to a comfortable position, so she's hemmed in a little too much (and she's normally a fervent burrower!). She's avoiding it at all costs! She's a very petite whippet and we bought the largest bed, so I don't really understand it. I feel bad, but sadly have had to write a review that's not so positive, when I had such high hopes, sorry”

“Great company with a good website and easy ordering process. The snuggle beds have been excellent for my italian greyhounds. They love them and they wash well to last a few years. It's good to be able to buy new covers or the cushion pad over time.”

“I rather stupidly ordered the wrong colour Snuggle Bed cover! I contacted the team at Charley Chau and within a week had returned the incorrect cover and the correctly coloured replacement had been delivered. Easy process and great service - as usual! Thank you!”

“I ordered a bed online which looked very high quality — especially given the high price. I live in Dubai and even paid an additional £50 delivery charge, which I thought was worth it since the pictures and videos on their website made the product look beautiful. However, when I received the bed, I was very disappointed. The fur color was not cream white as advertised, but instead a strange yellow shade. I immediately contacted the company, but instead of offering a solution, they argued that the product was the same as the pictures, just taken under different lighting. Their “solution” was to let me return the bed at my own expense — with a quoted shipping cost of over £100, which makes no sense. They were more focused on defending themselves and talking about how they’ve been in business for 15 years rather than resolving the issue. This experience shows they do not know how to handle international customers properly. If you encounter a problem, their attitude is essentially “tough luck.” I do not recommend them — look for a better alternative.for some reason i can t upload the picture!”

“A lovely looking and excellent quality leather collar. Great communication. A personal confirmation email from customer servises which emailed me to amend my order slightly (thickness of collar). Collar arrived sooner than their eta delivery date. Highly recommend the company and product.”
