An award-winning small British business, we focus on designing luxury dog beds and blankets that are cosy, stylish and practical, and made to perform over time. Comfort for our canine customers is paramount, as is styling for our human customers, and we design to a mantra of ‘machine washable everything’. We set out to make the most beautiful dog beds in the UK and we’re proud to say that we now have customers in over sixty countries around the world.

“Our Anjara has been a fan of the Charley Chau beds for the last ten years! ( she is in the possession of three...) we were looking for a snuggle bed since she crawled under her previous beddings. I was thrilled to discover that indeed someone was thinking of designing just the right bed for dogs who love hiding and being covered while resting. As the first bed arrived she immediately knew how to handle it! It was like she was waiting for this bed her whole life! Now she will turn 15 and we had to replace her first bed. The old one lasted for many years. Thank you Charley Chau!”

“A lovely looking and excellent quality leather collar. Great communication. A personal confirmation email from customer servises which emailed me to amend my order slightly (thickness of collar). Collar arrived sooner than their eta delivery date. Highly recommend the company and product.”

“My 15-year-old whippet is in seventh heaven, on a soft but firm mattress that is kind to his joints and enveloped by a deep fleece, below and above, to keep him warm and cosy and protected from draughts. His owner is confident this is the ultimate comfort for any dog!”

“Our Fox Terrier puppy Dolly instantly loved her new bed - its comfortable and cosy and here she gets some deep sleeps. When the bed was delivered, unlike so many dog beds, it had not been squashed or flat packed which meant the structure was correct to begin with. The cushion is deep and plush which provides Dolly which great comfort. If this wasn't enough, the bed arrived with a lovely thank you note for our purchase and a top tip for cleaning. Dolly loved the high quality treats which came with the bed - above and beyond what we expected. We would highly recommend the product and companie's service.”

“This polar fleece blanket is the second fur rug I’ve purchased, the first was many years ago in brown for my dear much missed old poodle. My youngster uses it daily but I thought she deserved a new one for herself. They wash like new even after years and years. Although it’s an outlay, worth every penny.”

“It is always a pleasant experience to purchase from Charley Chau. The beds and covers are of a very high standard and are well received by all of our dogs, especially the terrier who flits between her snuggle bed and the spaniel's ducky donut bed.”

“I’ve just bought my second Deeply Dishy Bed from Charley Chau. I bought my first 5 years ago and love it so much I wanted another one!!! Jenny was so helpful and patient even when I messed up my sizes. A great combo of beautiful design and quality and brilliant customer service.”

“Excellent beds, unfortunately I didn’t know that I had to spend a further €142.15 on import tax! I think if you are exporting to an EU country, the customer must be made aware of extra charges…”

“I was recommended this company by a friend. I had seen their own dog bed and I was amazed of the quality. I had to get one. So I did. I was not disappointed. The service of the delivery and order was great and I even had a hand written note to say thanks for the order which was a really nice touch. 5 star service and it’s a statement pieace for my home. My dog most importantly can’t get of it and loves it.”

“Online photos of the lavender appear lighter in hue than they really are. The lavender color is gorgeous! …so I ordered more colors 😺😺 Shipping to USA is costly but I messaged Jenny and they helped get the cost down (refunded me the difference) since I was not in a hurry to receive it. Thanks so much for the soft, thick blankies in such lovely colors. I get stink eye from Deucie for stealing her blankets 😂😂”
