“So far so good. I ordered the wrong size and asked for a refund I then changed my mind and wanted an exchange. I am yet to receive my exchange but they have been quick and efficient in dealing with indecision. It’s this sort of service that will make me think of them and order again.”

“Refreshing to find a retailer with sale goods in popular sizes instead of only the very smallest and the huge! ordered top quality 'Eton' shirt at half price with free next day delivery, although was shirt rather poorly packaged loose in a cardboard box and lacking a cellophane wrapper or bag”

Usually these shirts do come with a cellophane bag that we will put the shirt in before boxing it up, but I can only surmise that this one was missing its wrapper for some reason. “Very helpful. Amazed to get next day delivery. Excellent. Fantastic to speak on phone and have questions answered. Only issue was with delivery driver. I was at home, bell not rung. There was a door knock, but driver had left package outside door and was leaving. Package stated signature required, I was not asked to sign so feel that despite being at home no attempt was made to deliver safely.”

Once we pass orders on to our couriers, we trust them to ensure they are delivered safe and soundly, but obviously that hasn't happened on this occasion, so we apologise for that. Many drivers are being requested to sign for packages themselves and maintain a distance from doors at this time, however this does not excuse not making sure the item has definitely been received safely. “Charles Hobson were offering the Barbour gilet at £69.95, £30 cheaper than Barbour and cheaper than rival online suppliers. Postage was free, it was delivered today within the allotted time slot and within the 3-5 day delivery. The website made ordering easy and was pleased with the whole service. I have yet to evaluate the product.”
