“Item arrived on time. Only problem is, its not really the colour I was expecting, so alas it will somehow need to be returned.”

“Very happy with the product - exactly as described and a good price. Communication from purchase through to delivery was excellent. Only reason I have not rated as 'Very Good/5 stars' is I paid for special delivery and the item was delayed. I would recommend and use again. Thank you.”

“Very helpful. Amazed to get next day delivery. Excellent. Fantastic to speak on phone and have questions answered. Only issue was with delivery driver. I was at home, bell not rung. There was a door knock, but driver had left package outside door and was leaving. Package stated signature required, I was not asked to sign so feel that despite being at home no attempt was made to deliver safely.”

Once we pass orders on to our couriers, we trust them to ensure they are delivered safe and soundly, but obviously that hasn't happened on this occasion, so we apologise for that. “Charles Hobson were offering the Barbour gilet at £69.95, £30 cheaper than Barbour and cheaper than rival online suppliers. Postage was free, it was delivered today within the allotted time slot and within the 3-5 day delivery. The website made ordering easy and was pleased with the whole service. I have yet to evaluate the product.”

“Very prompt responses and delivered the next day. What stopped me giving them top marks is that the T Shirt was too small. Not their fault obviously, but they should state ‘slim’ fit or whatever in the advert. Otherwise excellent”
