“Extremely helpful over the phone and setting up our job posting. Understandable that there is a fee associated with it, unfortunately, was alot more than us a small charity could really afford and came out of personal accounts instead. Really appreciate the space and support though!”

“The recruitment dashboard is very easy to use, and has useful features. Responses from the support team were also very prompt. We recruited successfully for one role. The second role is proving more difficult to fill, we received fewer applications, all unsuitable, and some completely irrelevant. Might be useful to put some filters in place to make sure only serious candidates can proceed to submit their applications.”

“Charity Job generated more responses than other recruitment platforms we have used although most of these were external to the UK and unsuitable for the post being advertised. However, we have succeeded in recruiting one new trustee and are about to interview another.”

“We did not have many applicants and because I am not the only one on the selection we are not sure if the candidates put forward completely fit our criteria.We opted for a undisclosed applicant name format but it is not very straight forward if you have to make decisions to met the diversity criteria. Hopefully the candidates can be interviewed and we can find out more. If we need more information - I will contact Charity Jobs. Thanks”
