Quality product but the delivery service absolutely shocking

Order arrived within the specified timeframe, however some skirtings were damaged during delivery due to the ends of the skirtings not being protected with anything... wouldn’t take much to just add some card on the ends to prevent this (did notice others had experienced this also reading after reading the reviews before ordering)

Ordered 2nd of April. Today is the 15th and it still hasn’t arrived… no communication explains the delay. I did call up and was told it would be delivered yesterday

My order booked with expected delivery of 4 to 6 days. I was hoping for 4 but delivery wasn;t until day 8. The skirting and architrave was well packaged but still had damaged edges when I unpacked it

Quality and delivery was good, however we paid additional to have our order primed, expecting it to be ready to paint, which it was not. I have had to sand the items to acheive a decent smooth surface. This I feel should have been indicated on the item descriptions.

Priming leaves a lot to be desired and edges are very rough compared to others. Medium quality at best.

Have purchased from here a few times now and although the quality of the product is never in question, there has always have difficulty with deliveries. Never on time even when “fast shipping” has been paid for. I’ve also had 2 orders “lost” in the past which has caused delays with fitting therefore causing consequences for my company. No one seemed too bothered when I calling to ask what was happening and your primary courier Tufnell’s are literally impossible to contact when trying to find out from them, therefore leaving a bad taste. Poor.

Very pleased with the service prompt delivery Only problem was they took payment out twice but did repayment once I’d told them But if I hadn’t checked my bank would they have noticed I think not

Was happy to source a match for our existing skirting however the primed finish is very rough in places so it will need sanding before the final paint coat and the ends of the lengths of skirting were a bit damaged.

The edges and sides of the architraves need preparation ie sanding down pre painting. This should have been done at source pre primming, not at all what I expected???

My order was dumped down the side of my house, my builder was on my property at the time of delivery and didn't know they'd been delivered no acknowledgement from driver. I've lost 16" of skirting board due to damage, as the packaging was opened.

Skirtings arrived in good time but the primed/painted finish on them is not very good at all. Will need to sand a lot of them back due to thick drips of primer.

Slightly annoyed that once unpacked there were several marks on 3 out the 4 sections which had exposed the MDF under the primer. Managed to rectify with several coats of paint.

Delivery came promptly as expected, overall quality was ok but the primed face and edges were not paint ready and needed a lot of attention before finishing.which created additional work on site. Shame as otherwise solid product.

Hi Carlos Thank you for your review. I have just checked over your order and you did not select to have your order primed. So this came to you unprimed. Also you ordered 1 step Skirting board which we advise on our website is a deeper cut profile so some light sanding may be required. Many thanks Cutting Edge

Came on time and well packaged, but unfortunately on one 4.2M length of skirting the primer has stippled and I will need to sand down and re-prime it before I can use it which I'm not happy about.
