“Great products and v swift delivery. I would have given 5 stars, but the paint pots were wrapped in tape - a minor annoyance, but took time to get the tape off, just to be able to open the paint, and left lots of sticky tape residue on the pot and lid.”

“Great customer service gave good advice and the Auro paint is really good quality. Also...celtic sustainable prices are much cheaper than elsewhere, I saved £50 on my order! Well packaged and speedy delivery...honestly nothing to complain about!”

“We ordered the supaloft recycled insulation to use as soundproofing material in the ceiling of our dining/sitting room. delivery was exactly when we were told it would be and delivery instructions were followed exactly. The supaloft was very easy to use no itchy fibres in fact my 3 year old grand daughter gave it the name of fluffily as it was lovely and fluffy. the sound proofing is good.”

“We ordered an 800 litre water wall tank and they were very helpful over the phone and it was delivered promptly. I would ahev it given 5 stars, but they failed badly on the written instructions fro installation. It came with some brief pictorial guidance for how to install it, rather like ikea instructions. Trouble was it was more complex than that and warranted much more detailed instructions. I had trained and excellent plumbers and guttering people install it and they couldn't work it out with any confidence from the vague instructions. They had to call celtic sustianables for more detailed instructions over the phone and even then they couldn't get to work properly. I fiddled with the input hose afterwards and now it does work very well, but customers shouldn't have to guess how to fit these things. Come on Celtic Sustainables, dont let yourself down. Please create some decent instructions.”

“Rainwater filter kit arrived on time and undamaged..not tried it yet though. Auro paint came next day (Direct from Auro)- package and contents fine. All OK. Order completed - No problems!”
