“The tea-bags I ordered weren't in stock but I was notified immediately and offered two choices. Either to cancel the order or wait until they were in stock. I chose to wait and a few days later my order arrived. Packaging was good and the tea-bags were as I expected. I'll use this company again if I need any other catering requirements.”
