“Very easy to use website, had the products that I requested , and the chemicals arrived in a very timely fashion which is what you should expect anyway but is nice when it happens without any issue”

“I've used Aquafinesse for a number of years now and find it the least hassle care package for a Hot tub. The service / help advice from the team at Castle Hot Tubs is always great so there is never a need to go anywhere else for all your requirements in my book!”

“Castle Hot Tubs supplied me with 2 pre-fill filters. My order was delivered in a very short time,very pleased. I had previously filled my spa but the water looked dull,so I connected an old central heating pump to the drain and ran the spa water through the in line filter from Castle,for 24 hours,it added a sparkle to the water , just what I wanted.”

“We needed a new hot tub for our rental property and Castle Hot Tubs gave us a lot of information to make an informed decision. They were brilliant from start to finish. The guys who came to install it were very professional, friendly and took time to show us how to work it etc. Their price was highly competitive and we would highly recommend them.”

“Product arrived with one tub opened and ruined - tried to call no-one answered it is disappointing as up to now have been good I have been assured this was a blip and I have been very satisfied by Castle Hot tubs response and all previous orders have been excellent”
