“Very helpful assistance given on presale of two lights I bought. Good to have a telephone number to ring too, not a chat box! Next day delivery once I had ordered.”
“Amazing client service, immediate deliery - not something you are used to today, a super expeireince - ordered two lights one day and they were with me the next day! Wonderful!”
“We bought quite a lot of Easy-fit LED lighting for our front garden and driveway in March. We have been so happy with it - the light it gives off is perfect and makes the space look so welcoming. Unfortunately we found water was getting into some of the festoon light bulbs - I emailed customer service and they arranged for a replacement set to be sent out straight away. Great lights and fantastic customer service! Thank you - highly recommended!”
“Recently purchased more lights for my garden

“We bought 3 led lights from Castlegate Lights in February. We’ve had to contact them twice for advice and a replacement part. I cannot rate them any more highly. They are very fast to reply to emails and their customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced. Highly recommended and we will use again without any hesitation.”

“Two great products provided in super quick time. I had to ask for some technical information beforehand and Castlegate went to the manufacturer, sourced the information and came back to me the same day, great communication. Finally I had a manufacturing fault on one of the items I ordered and Castlegate resolved the issue on my behalf immediately, impressive customer service.”

“This is the second set of these lights I have bought from Castegate, the first set lasted around 15 years in the sea air on the Cornish coast, so great value for money and look great.”
