“Needed a new wall light after one of our existing one had a broken glass shade. Castlegate lights offered the light at a great price. Easy to use website and ordered approximately 4pm one afternoon. Plenty of e-mail notifications. Dispatch within an hour and arrived by courier 1:30pm next day! Well packaged.
Fabulous service. Would recommend!”
“Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of Castlegate Lights. Would recommend.
The outdoor lights arrived well packaged, they look fabulous and work as expected with a gorgeous glow. Really good value for money too!”
“Having been let down by another company we researched various lighting companies which could turn around an order in a couple of days. Castlegate lights did this in 24 hours. Amazing customer service that doesn’t exist anymore in the majority of businesses. Products were excellent quality. A huge shout out to Jane who kept us updated throughout. An amazing employee đź‘Ź”
“Delivery came within 24 hours of ordering, excellent service. Item was very well packed and although the overall effect of the lamp shade didn't suit where I wanted it to go I did like it so have kept it for another room. I am still looking for one that gives a slightly bigger and better impact.”
“Was pleased on how quick my delivery arrived as it was the next day after ordering it.
Product was as described so now just awaiting to put up on my outside wall.”
“Excellent service again. This is the third time I have purchased from Castlegate Lights because the choice and quality of the items is amazing and the delivery is very fast. Absolutely delighted with my goods. Highly recommend this business, the high standards are what sets this business apart from any competition.”
