“Amazingly Castlegate have a telephone number that you can actually call for help and you can actually speak to a human! Not only that, I did not have to hang on the phone for long before my call was answered by a friendly, helpful & knowledgable customer service agent. As for the delivery, it arrived the next day! Can't comment on returns but my experience so far has been top notch!”

“A really nice shop with so many good quality things. We found such nice Cristmas LED-decorations. They were delivered only 2 days after and all communication through the process perfect. We will buy from you again! Thanks.”
“Excellent quality and value for money including an exceptionally fast delivery service. I've now purchased 2 lampshades in quick succession - this company will be my first port of call when I need anymore. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.”
“Great exprience purching our 2 lovely wall lights. One arrived without the base plate and the team were great in resolving this quickly. I called the number and a customer service member was very polite and answered the phone without me having to leave a message.
Thank you can recommend.

“Ordered two spotlights at 5.30pm arrived next day, now that’s service for you.
Installed the same day working great and looking fantastic.
Best company I have dealt with in a very long time, can not praise highly enough”
“Very happy with my order, it was packed well and everything was perfect, but what impressed me the most was how quickly I received my order. First time ordering with this company but definitely not the last. Five stars, thank you”
“I am very pleased with the Rabalux Oslo ceiling porch light in black. It looks so smart and trendy, and was a breeze for the electrician to fit. I was astonished at the speed with which the order was processed and delivered. Great service, practically next day delivery. Would definately reccomend Castlegate lights. Thankyou.”
