“I bought over ?1000 worth of fittings. They were all Illuminati lights. Gorgeous modern style to suit my new home. Electrician booked. All ready to go. First wall light had a piece missing - nothing to support glass shade. Then of the four matching pendants for the hall - two had cool white lights and two had warm white lights (and they look very different.) Neither problem was actually down to Castlegatelights, but to their supplier. My contacts at Castlegatelights have been very helpful, but I have had to rebook the electrician and have more time out of the office to facilitate the refitting, delivery and collection of the 'problem light fittings. Speedy, friendly customer service from Castlegatelights when I contacted them about my complaint.”
“I ordered a Candle Bridge after the festive season had come to an end!! My original one gave up the ghost after many years of pleasure so I replaced it with a battery operated one, big mistake it turned out to be rubbish!! I searched online and found Castlegatelights website and selected a really up market looking one, yes it cost a few pounds more (I got it in the sale) but hey ho you get what you pay for!! It has a beautiful finish, 1.6m length cable and shines really brightly!! I've only been able to use it for 2 nights following this Christmas BUT packed it away safely and sooooo looking forward to getting out for next Christmas.”
