“Excellent service from Castlegate Lights. Table lamp ordered was despatched very quickly and received in good condition. Unfortunately I had to return because it was not suitable but Castlegate refunded purchase price promptly. Would definitely buy from this supplier again.”
“Very disappointed so far. I ordered a ceiling light system and a pack of bulbs. The bulbs were then delivered by a courier (later than they said) but no lights! I received an email from Castlegate stating my order had been delivered. Tried to call, got voicemail. Sent an email three days ago and I'm still awaiting a response. Poor customer service, and I have still not received my lights.”
“A good choice and efficient service. My only quibble is that they tried to deliver too quickly! In the event FedEx had a problem and didn't let us know what was going on. But we still had it in two days.”
“Probably my fastest online order to delivery experience. The light shade was exactly what we needed.
Quality is good & looks great. Product well packaged against damage. Castlegate Lights are a first class supplier.”
