I emailed the company as soon as I opened it, sending a photo of the chip. They replied almost instantly and within an hour a free replacement had been arranged. The replacement arrived the next day. They were packed really well which was great, considering I watched the delivery driver bounce them off the back of his truck and then lean on the box as he rolled the box towards my door. I was really worried that that they would be damaged despite the warnings on the packaging. All credit to Castlegate Lights - they were packaged so well that they survived this unfortunate delivery. I haven?t installed them yet, but they are beautiful.”
