“I am really pleased with the condition of the lights. They were packed really well which was great, considering I watched the delivery driver bounce them off the back of his truck and then lean on the box as he rolled the box towards my door. I was really worried that that they would be damaged despite the warnings on the packaging. All credit to Castlegate Lights - they were packaged so well that they survived this unfortunate delivery. I haven?t installed them yet, but they are beautiful.”
“The website has so many products available, east to filter reasonable photos of each item . Detailed info about each product . Very speedy delivery despite apologies for delay due to covid. I made an error in my selection and had to return an item. Immediate help from the Castlegate team. Sounds corny but very proud of their great service. “Products arrived on time and were just as ordered. We used them over Xmas and they worked perfectly well. Only comment is that we ordered 2 different lights and annoyingly they used slightly different bulbs. We managed to find to find one type of bulb but struggled with the other. On the website - each type of light should have a link to the relevant spare bulbs.”
