“I have had 3 orders now and returned all bar one simply because although the jumpers were great to feel the colours bore no resemblance to the website colours, the copper was not as bright the ocean looked bright turquoise on screen was a definite blue on arrival. The last navy which I am thinking of keeping because I love the jumper is navy which it is but looks a bright blue on-screen; Yours is the only website which is off by this much colour wise, your red looked bright it was dull.. as a general rule the colours are a little muted for my taste. but the items are a nice shape and feel.”

“Lovely quality items however paying for postage for delivery and returns is not acceptable as online shopping suggests some purchases are not quite right and need returning. It will make me think twice purchasing again.”

“The quality of the cardigan was fine, however the sizing is really off I’m a size 16/18, normally large but definitely XL would fit It was really small. Probably a size 14 Because of that I obviously have to return it Great shame because the design and quality are super Will try again!!”

“Sadly this beautiful ponch had to be returned as it just swamped me and didn’t hang properly, also the colour was not as expected. I ordered Regatta Blue and the item was labelled Cornflower which more accurately described the colour. I have ordered a number of items from you in the past and have always been very happy with the style and quality. Sadly not this time for me. Delivery and refund prompt so no issues there.”

“Quality superb, presume that’s why so expensive; depth of charcoal shade is gorgeous. I can see the good intention to suit all women is there but the Abigail sweater is very disappointing for any woman with a “mum tum”. Another reviewer was disappointed with the front being too short but I took a chance it was perhaps because they were a tall person. I am average height but the front of the Abigail is indeed much too short for anything other than a washboard stomach so that rules at least half of women out, sadly I will have to return it. The front length ends unflatteringly at the top of the tummy thereby exposing the worst feature of an apple shape. Please consider a re-design, equalling the length front and back with perhaps two slits either side like a fisherman sweater and then we can all look good in these garments. Thank you in anticipation for giving it thought.”

Hi Linda, Thank you for leaving such a detailed review of your Abigail Jumper. I Just want to mention, as this sweater is of a rib construction, it is really important to pull to shape once removed from the packaging and to allow the fibres to relax, after being tightened and compressed in the bag on its way to you. Once this has been done, you will benefit from the full length and true size of the garment which may well drop by up to 10cm ( particularly on this style as it is a heavy rib). We will of course issue you with a full refund if not delighted, but I urge you to try this first before returning. Even hang on a hanger at room temperature overnight, which will help you achieve a longer length. Hope this helps as we have so many customers who simply adore this style due to its flattering cut. Thank you again for your feedback.

“Although I really like this particular design, I wasn’t keen on the colour of the second one I ordered . However, once it was returned, Cashmere and Cotton promptly returned my money ! Many thanks, I will look out for other garments.”
