“Excellent service as usual, jumper ordered and delivered within 48 hours including a call from the company as initially they could not source what I wanted. Quality of jumper is excellent, I now only buy my cashmere from C&C”

“Have to say the quality of the garments is excellent, but service, not so. Wrong item sent initially, so I reordered the correct item in case of sell out during sale period. Contacted C&C and was promised a refund of postage. Refund did not include postage and correct item arriving was charged postage. Sent all items back but have had to pay two lots of postage both ways, not happy. Previously purchased one of the cashmere kimono tunics which was fab, if I wasn't intending to purchase further kimono tunics in the future I would not shop with C&C again.”

“I have just bought my 2nd sweater from Cashmere & Cotton - the quality is excellent and the style/colours are wonderful. Excellent company with brilliant ethics that resonate with my own and that is important to me - buying clothes and shoes/boots that last for two decades and timeless in their style, has to be the way to go to reduce the horrific amount of waste we as a species generate, which is so detrimental to our environment.”

“Lovely website - informative and attractive. Photos convey a high quality product. Easy to order and fast confirmation. Royal Mail strikes meant it took a long time to arrive. However, I was able to speak to someone on the phone who was very helpful in updating me on the status of my order.”
