“Don't seem to be able ever to get through on the phone anymore always diverted then takes several hours to return the call. Also this last order was promised 24 hours which caused me a problem as I was going away fortunately it got posted through the letter box. Sometimes parcels get left on the door step.”

“Delighted with my jumper ordered previously. Then ordered a comb de piller at £5 and was charged £4.95 postage which is a disgrace . I asked about this on Facebook but did not receive an answer. Do not appreciate the lack of a reply. Indeed could one of these not be included when making a clothes purchase?”

“!I have had mixed results with these moth boxes. Sometimes they haven’t worked at all and the moths have munched away but the most successful time was last year when I put two boxes side by side at the same time in the same spot, one box filled completely with the moths whilst the one next to it contained none. I have no idea why! I shall repeat it this year to see if I get the same result. Joan”

“My order and Delivery was trouble free. The quality of the cashmere was really lovely but unfortunately the neckline didn’t fit me well and therefore didn’t look right on me. I returned it on the day that it was delivered by first class post and included the necessary paperwork. This was a week ago and there has been a bank holiday but I haven’t received any acknowledgment yet. I do have proof of postage though.”

“I love Cashmere & Cotton. The products are fantastic and the service is excellent. I have just used their cleaning and reconditioning service for three of my favourite C&C cashmere jumpers. Totally well worth the money! A great job, good communication and a quicker than expected turn-round. Oh and my jumpers look just like new! “Very disappointed. The fabric looks ok but the size …? To me oversized is casually fitted in the shoulders and really generous over belly and hips. Unfortunately it is rather “slim-fit”, not at all as on the pictures!”
