“Unfortunately, I did not receive my order. Instead I took a call explaining that they had possibly miscounted the jumpers they had in stock and were unable to fulfill my order. I was offered another colour but no compensation for the error.”

When stock is so low, we occasionally find the stock count out due to damages or returns, and we apologise that your item was not available. “Love the jumper - tempted to get another in different colour. Shame that jumpers are now sent in a plastic bag, rather than the feeling of luxury that receiving one carefully packed in a cardboard box gave me!”

“Lovely cashmere woolly hat (I bought it in dinghy), really warm and cosy. I have a fairly small head and it fits me very nicely but I think it would be fine for bigger heads too as there's a lot of stretch in it.”
