“Actually brilliant customer service which I can't say for many of these direct lenders. Didn't hound me just simply sorted the technical issue and funded in a timely manner. Also allows links to HMRC for official checks rather than just dismissing people with poor credit. Other direct lenders could learn a thing or two instead of using archaic systems with little human input.”
