Purchased EPOS till, printer and 15" screen all of which arrived within 24 hours. We are a sports club and the till is for our main bar, I thought the set up instructions were lacking and had to ring customer helpline 3 times for assistance in programming the system. Having said that the customer services team were very helpful and assisted me on each occasion with the correct proceedures to set up the system. I would have preferred written instructions to follow as to how to set up the system / programming to our needs . Now that it is set up and appears to be working fine we will put it into use and assuming no issues when our bar staff get their hands on it I propose to buy a further identical system as its a great price for what you get for your money.
