“Bought a Casio register in December 2015, developed a lock-out problem the following July. Couldn't get thru on the telephone, they seldom answer it, but on sending an email got an immediate response and the problem sorted. So full marks for the initial sales experience, slightly marked down for the after sales experience (answer your telephone!), but overall I rate them well and would buy again”

“Rather helpful. My emails were replied to extremely quickly. I received the information I needed and our problem was resolved. Overall this is a good service. If I was to experience any issues again I wouldn't hesitate to contact.”

Thanks for the 4 stars. Our delivery is quick as we usually have 99% of our stock in our warehouse ready for despatch. The couriers collect daily during the week and our systems have recently been almost fully automated to ensure trouble free deliveries. Best regards, Des
