hi Mr Benson i can confirm your vat invoice was re-emailed to you today at 11.02. it was also sent to you on the 15/5/19 with your dispatch email, as well as a hard copy included in every delivery.

“I do not understand your free 10 paper rolls. You could have easily made it one 1 However, I would not wish to purchase these paper rolls as,each would only last one minute on the till Please inform me as to the purchase of proper rolls of paper FEED for the till. Grateful for your INFORMATION LEONIE”

hi Leonie, many thanks for the feedback. the pack of 20 till rolls supplied with the machine can also be used in card machines so they are the most popular size requested. however you can go up to a 50mm diameter (yours are currently 30mm) which can be found here, and like you say you will be changing the till roll much less frequent https://www.cashregistergroup.co.uk/acatalog/Till-Rolls-For-All-Cash-Registers.html

“Bought a Casio register in December 2015, developed a lock-out problem the following July. Couldn't get thru on the telephone, they seldom answer it, but on sending an email got an immediate response and the problem sorted. So full marks for the initial sales experience, slightly marked down for the after sales experience (answer your telephone!), but overall I rate them well and would buy again”

“Rather helpful. My emails were replied to extremely quickly. I received the information I needed and our problem was resolved. Overall this is a good service. If I was to experience any issues again I wouldn't hesitate to contact.”
