Hi Khedeja, Unfortunately, we have to pass on the costs from the manufacturer's set and i'm certain no one else sells these keys any cheaper than ourselves. Apologies you feel its expensive but our costs are clearly laid out online

““I paid for next-day delivery on Wednesday, so my order should have arrived on Thursday. However, DPD emailed me on both Thursday and Friday saying the driver missed me and that no one was available at the property. This doesn’t make sense because my delivery address is a shop that is open from 7am to 11pm every day. How could the driver have missed the delivery in that case?””

Apologies for the delay. Looking at the photos the driver took when attempting the first two times, he went to 16-17 high street rather than 17 high street - it seems unusual to have two buildings sharing the same number but glad it was resolved on the third attempt.

“I cannot recommend them higly enough because my order of parts for my cash register were lost by Royal Mail and after 8 days of waiting I contacted CRG who responded positively and very quickly by replacing the lost parts and delivered them to me within 24hrs with DPD. “Delivery was quick, key in general was expensive and not the original casio key only went with this company as thought would be original, only find out there selling on ebay for cheaper and u get the same key, so overall fast delivery service but price is way high so I know I next time but live and learn and burn the money.”

hi Darryl, your review is linked to a Sharp key and not a Casio key - so not sure if you have placed multiple orders. On the Sharp order (invoice 150232) I can confirm this is an official key by Sharp and not a copy, which you will find on eBay from other sellers. Prices for discontinued items are driven by the manufacturer, which like all parts are very expensive in relation to the original price of the item. I dont believe we list the Sharp keys on eBay - only our own website, so possibly you aren't comparing the same item or seller.
