hi Vicki, according to the royal mail tracking the status is showing: Your item has been delivered to your nominated collection point on 16-10-2024 and it's now ready for you to collect. this was delivered there over 24 hours ago. Please refer to your tracking reference emailed to you on your dispatch email if required.

“CRG talk of customer service and competitive pricing is backed up by my experience. There are a number of companies that could learn a lot from CRG. Very happy with the product, it's support and after sales service. CRG's use IT well to enhance the customer experience, simple thing like number recognition to get order history to the call handler before answering. “Fantastic service. Couldn’t believe when it turn up next day. Ordered online, had to ring for my header ( as I’m rubbish with technology)-sorted just like that. If you need new till, that’s the place to visit. Thank you -my bacon is served!!!”

“So easy to order and purchase. I paid by BACS and the toll arrived next day. Till is so easy to use.As all our staff are volunteers we wanted something that was easy to learn and operate. The CRG100 fitted that request. Everyone got the hang of using it within minutes. Thank you CRG.”
