“Received faulty till, which does not close, and have to lock it with key to close it. I sent an emial straight away but no reply. Rang but they wanted me to send till to look at without any replacements. I think you should understand that shops can't function without till. i will have to order from somewhere else now.”

“Just been speaking to Shane who has been so brilliant - helpful, friendly, really informative, patient with all my silly Qs and just well, what you'd hope for when you phone a business for advice/guidance/info... a refreshing experience!
