Hi Mr Leigh - sorry to hear that you are unhappy with that - i took the order from you and we confirmed the delivery address and you asked for a specified delivery date - again apologies for the day delay - it seems as though the delivery driver had an issue locating on the specified day

“Purchased EPOS till, printer and 15" screen all of which arrived within 24 hours. We are a sports club and the till is for our main bar, I thought the set up instructions were lacking and had to ring customer helpline 3 times for assistance in programming the system. Having said that the customer services team were very helpful and assisted me on each occasion with the correct proceedures to set up the system. I would have preferred written instructions to follow as to how to set up the system / programming to our needs . Now that it is set up and appears to be working fine we will put it into use and assuming no issues when our bar staff get their hands on it I propose to buy a further identical system as its a great price for what you get for your money.”

“A great experience form start to finish. Gathered all of the information that I needed via their online chat. After receiving my order I had one little query so called the helpline number…the phone was answered within a couple of rings and my issue solved immediately. Great company to deal with at fair prices, I would highly recommend them.”
