“Cartridges come by post very quickly and are OK, but when I go to print my computer keeps saying it is not a compatible cartridge. I have to try quite a few times before it will actually print. Not sure what I can do, other than in future only buying the actual Canon cartridges”

Good afternoon Thank you for your review. You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. Then opt down to the following options for marketing emails - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 3 months.
