“We recently had the pleasure of buying cartridges online from the Cartridge Shop and we were pleasantly surprised by the enjoyable experience of interacting with the company. First and foremost, the aspect that truly impressed us was their customer service. Whenever we called their helpline, our calls were answered almost instantly. The efficiency in handling customer enquiries was remarkable, and the representative we spoke to was both polite and exceptionally helpful. She went above and beyond to address our questions and concerns, making us feel valued as a customer. Additionally, we appreciated the transparency provided on their website and during our conversation with Customer Service. Their website specified the courier responsible for delivering our goods. What set them apart was their honesty regarding their limited control over the courier's actions. They made it clear that they couldn't guarantee whether the courier would ring our buzzer, call when they were close to our premises to give us advance warning or leave the goods with a neighbour without confirming our presence. This upfront communication was refreshing and helped set our expectations. While it's true that they couldn't control the courier's behaviour, the emphasis on this fact during the purchase process was a testament to their commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction. It left us feeling that they genuinely cared about our experience and wanted to ensure we were fully informed. Overall, we found this online cartridge supplier to be a reliable and customer-centric option. Their excellent customer service and upfront communication regarding courier behavior make them stand out in a competitive market. We would certainly consider shopping with them again in the future.”

“The speed of turnaround is excellent and the ordering process is slick. However, I'm disappointed that the price seems to have increased significantly. I recall paying circa £18 for a 4 pack but now its £29!”

Good morning David Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Please allow me to explain the reason behind the movement in price. The majority of our compatible cartridges are purchased from China, as a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased. We have also seen a hike in fuel costs. If you take these price increases and currency fluctuations into account, you will see that we have not passed all of them on to our customers. “I had new cartridges and for the first time one was not being recognised. I emailed and first got suggestions on how to fix it. Nothing worked and without further emails they are sending me a new cartridge. Fantastic service”
