“Very prompt and efficient service. Super helpful with sorting out a printing issue which turned out to be a problem with my old HP printer and not the cartridges. I used to buy genuine HP cartridges, many years ago, until I received a defective batch that had been supplied directly from HP themselves. Since then everything has been sourced from the Cartridge Shop and all have worked perfectly. Highly recommended.”

“I bought a "refurbished" Kyocera laser printer from Cartridge Shop. It arrived very quickly, in its original packaging and looked factory fresh. The counter was at 531 printed pages. I am very pleased with my purchase!”

“we had problems buying your cheaper inks. problem was not solved by your operatives. so phoned again and they said they nothing could be done, so gave us a full refund. problem not solved by you did give us a refund. no offer of better ink cartridges was offered.”
