“I had a faulty Canon cartridge and asked their help desk for advice. Simon H kindly and quickly send me a replacement. Good customer service.”

“I had a problem ordering some ink cartridges. I sent an email detailing the problem and Vicki phoned me immediately and took my order over the phone. I was very pleased to speak to a real person! Thank you.”
