“I had some difficulty fitting the cartridges in my Canon MG4250 printer and then the ink flow wouldn't work properly, so I said so in a 2 Star review on here. But their customer service (Sarah) was very fair about the problem and arranged a full refund promptly, so I've now revised this review accordingly, and in fact the cartridges (black and colour 540/541) seem to be working OK now (but are still fiddly to remove / fit). Well done Cartridge Shop.”
