“Very good on delivery. Couldn’t find my printer on your list. Bought in advance of running out so couldn’t reply to your request as to suitability. Your follow up request to register my printer with you I found impossible to complete.”

“Get a bit annoyed at companies wanting to know how they did! You supply ink cartridges, I ordered cartridges, you delivered them. Not rocket science. You did what you were expected to do.”
