“The compatible cartridges work fine on my HP printer. The only issue is that as they're not seen as HP by the printer, it doesn't monitor the amount of ink remaining correctly.”

“Excellent customer service. After years of buying OEM inks, I opted to try a set of off-brand cartridges. Sadly I was unlucky and the first was faulty; this was enough to persuade me to stick to originals so I contacted the CS team. Immediate refund for the faulty cartridge and no-quibble return on the others with credit applied (at my request rather than a refund) so I could purchase OEM cartidges.”

“Replacement cartridge (HP compatible) did not work, Si Bennett in Customer Services told me a method of cleaning the copper contacts. After this it took a couple of restarts of the printer and then all worked fine. Thank you Si.”
