“I have used Cartridge Shop for many years but recently have had regular problems with faulty or non-functioning compatible cartridges which have leaked, not worked at all, etc. I received one credit on a purchase, then a discount voucher but feel that you are no long the high-quality, good-value supplier of a few years ago.”

“The Cartridge Shop Epson compatible cartridges are as good as the original - probably better - and half the price. Delivery is by return. What more can I say except I wish had found them years ago!”

“I am afraid something went wrong with my order - the delivery company DHL lost it ! DHL's system for reporting the loss and getting them to do something about it was utterly useless I'm afraid - a classic case of a great delivery company until something goes wrong. Having wasted an hour or so on DHL's inadequate customer service I referred back to Cartridge Shop and even they were only told by DHL there had been an incident with my parcel but no truth about what the incident was ! Cartridge Shop, therefore, advised they would send another or provide a full refund. I chose the latter because I now needed the printer quite urgently so I went to a shop and bought one. The refund came quickly. I was happy with the cartridge shop service but I have docked them a point for choosing such an inadequately performing delivery company”
