“I have been buying 302 XP black and colour cartridges for a number of years for my 3630 HP printer and they have worked marvellously and the price is very reasonable. They are very easy to install and last a very long time. I had a problem with my last order, a black 302XL when getting it ready to install. I removed the plastic strip which keeps it sealed, then removed another and found an an instruction ‘Please do not remove’. I installed it and it did not work. I removed it and put the old one back. I read this letter and rang and they were wonderfully helpful and I received a replacement today! Brilliant service, Thanks!”
