Good evening Malcolm Thank you for your review. I am sorry that there was a problem with delivery. Royal Mail are usually very good when we use the tracked 24 hour service, however, this does sometimes become 48 hours if they have a heavy traffic flow. Please accept my apologies on their behalf. “The first premium cartridge - magenta - stained my hands as I was removing the packaging. The second cartridge - cyan - even worse - leaked drops onto my beige carpet as I was removing the packaging with resultant very bad staining indeed. Needless to say I am very very disappointed with this product.”
