“LAST 301 XL BOUGHT FROM YOU DID NOT WORK. IT IS NOT THE 2050 DESKJET PRINTER AS IT STILL FUNCTIONS. ANYWAY I HAVE NOW CHANGED TO A DESKJET 2632 AND BOUGHT 304 HP STANDARD AND COLOUR CARTRIDGES PLUS AN XL BLACK. PREVIOUSLY YOU REPLACED A FAULTY CARTRIDGE . IF YOU ARE THINKING OF SENDING A REPLACEMENT PLEASE MAKE IT A 304 THANK YOU”

Good morning Thank you for your review. I am sorry you had a problem with a previous order. As this was a different product, I am not able to swap it for a cartridge for your new printer, I can, however, refund you for the faulty cartridge. I hope this helps. Kind Regards Marianne

“THE ITEMS ARRIVED IN VERY SHORT TIME. AS YET THE CARTRIDGES HAVE NOT BEEN USED SO PERFORMANCE CANNOT BE RATED, HOWEVER AS THESE ARE ORIGINAL CARTRIDGES AND NOT COMPATIBLE Ii DO NOT EXPECT ANY ISSUES.”

“Always good prices and speedy delivery for both OEM cartridges and compatibles. I have had good customer service and speedy replacements on the odd occasion when I've had problems in the early days of switching to compatibles.”

“Very decent company to deal with and cartridges arrived promtply. However, I could not get my Canon TS5151 printer to recognise them. E-mailed them who were very helpful but unfortunately still didn't fix it. Offered me a full refund or replacement.”

Good afternoon Adrian Thank you for your review. It's great to hear you are pleased with the service and products. Please allow me to explain the reason behind the movement in price. The majority of our compatible cartridges are purchased from China, as a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased. In addition to the above, we have received a 5% increase in postal costs If you take these price increases and currency fluctuations into account, you will see that we have not passed all of them on to our customers. I hope that the above explanation will satisfy you, and you are reassured that we are trying to maintain the best prices and quality for our customers. Good evening Malcolm Thank you for your review. I am sorry that there was a problem with delivery. Royal Mail are usually very good when we use the tracked 24 hour service, however, this does sometimes become 48 hours if they have a heavy traffic flow. Please accept my apologies on their behalf.
