“Fast and efficient serviced thank you! I found that Cartridge Shop had my speciifc HP cartridges at a time when I couldn't get them direct from HP. (Not 5 stars as prices are higher and delivery is extra.)”

“I have been happy with Cartridge Shop for many years. Only one bad call when I bought similar cartridges instead of original for my hewlett packard printer it just didn’t like them😳😳”

“Good web site, easy to order. No problems experienced although compatible cartridges seem prone to leak on installation more than original manufacturer cartridges.”

“Customer service is a strong point with problems handled effectively and positively. Product quality is good but a little more expensive than some competitors, I am currently experimenting to see if cheaper really does mean better, though I suspect it isn't.”

“Have always found your service quick and good. Problem this time in that the new cartridge has not solved my problem (machine, a Brother I have acquired recently, still says it needs new cartridge. Suspect problem with machine not cartridge, but too busy over this festive period to investigate further._)”

“Cartridge Shop provides a speedy and efficient service. Over the past several years I have bought several ink cartridges from them which all worked perfectly. There was only one cartridge which was a duplicate that I bought but did not use for about 6 months which I could not fit into my printer despite it appearing to be a perfect duplicate of the original make which I had to discard. On the whole their service and product have been first class.”
