“Phoned to discuss merits of original Canon inkjet cartridges v own remanufactured. The lady explained that the remanufactured only use the case of the original Canon cartridges and that everything else is new. I have had problems with other makes of remanufactured and decided to go for the originals but will try their remanufactured next time with a saving of £9.”

“I feel the colour cartridge sent the first time had been used as the packaging had been open and there was no instructions leaflet inside. The replacement was fine”
