“100% Guaranteed Existing customer using Cartridge People for several years without a problem but last delivery received ink cartridges that did not work in my printers. “Have ordered a few times from Cartridge People and their own brand cartridges have been great, providing excellent value for money and they seem to last a long time. Recently I had an issue with a couple of HP 304XL cartridges that my printer would not accept so I contacted customer services and spoke to Marianne. She was very helpful and explained a few things I could do to try and resolve the problem but failing that said replacements could be sent out or money refunded. I opted for replacements and within 2 days of my initial contact I had the new cartridges and the one I have installed is working fine. Would highly recommend this company, it was so nice to actually be able to speak to someone and to feel that they really wanted to help. Excellent communication on the phone and also by email. Delivery has always been very quick, usually next day and a nice extra touch is the little free gifts they often include! Thank you.”
