“My order picked up the wrong address via PayPal. This was rectified very quickly by Lindsay and Alison and my item was despatched without delay. This level of customer service is exceptional and very impressive. Thanks to all concerned.”

“My latest replacement printer ink cartridge wasn't being recognised by my printer. Alison in customer services arranged to have a replacement sent out immediately. I couldn't ask for better service!”

“Used this company fir a while. Had a dodgy cartridge this week which my Canon printer wd not accept. Called a spoke w Marianne. Offered a replacement cartridge free of charge - perfect. No hassle, no fuss and v good admin - a rare experience these days.”

“Arrived within two days of ordering .didn't think l would still be able to buy these colour cartridge and postcard paper any more camera and printer are quite old but cartridge people have them will be ordering again”

“We ordered some inks that were 'compatible' with our printer, but unfortunately it didn't print properly, and one of them leaked in the box. Aden was super efficient and polite at refunding the ink, and helped me send back the unopened one and checked for me when it took a long time to arrive back. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. I would certainly use them again.”
