“Evri delivered this to the wrong address. They did not read the house numbers correctly. I have not used the product yet”

“Chris in customer services was absolutely helpful in sorting out a problem caused by damaged packaging ,resulting in one missing item. I am awaiting delivery of the replacement item ,but once again, he could not have been more helpful .”

“Great printer, good price, very quick delivery. Such a relief to have wireless printing AND auto duplex functions - so much quicker and less hassle. Not tried scan and copying functions yet but very pleased with quality of prints. I print education resources for primary school students so there are some graphics as well as text and these have printed off very nicely, certainly sufficient clarity for my purposes. Very pleased with this printer and the service.”

“Good price and very prompt delivery. However, I wish they would stop telephoning me to try to persuade me to buy a compatible cartridge instead. If I wanted a compatible cartridge I would have ordered one!”

“Very pleased with my HP Cartridge but alas cannot say the same for the deliverer. They had rammed the little package halfway into my postbox, without ringing my doorbell. It was jammed there, half hanging out & it poured that night. The package was just a slightly padded brown envelope, with no bubblewrap inside, so it got soaked along with the actual cardboard cartridge packet. So glad the cartridges inside are wrapped securely in plastic . I always buy a new set when the ones that are in my machine need changing, so I hope they will work, as I have a way to go yet before I use them.”

“Sold me their own refills against OM for cost saving. However, colour does not match originals and prints with lines running through the print. Same problem had with other refillables.”
