“I ordered replacement caartiridges one day and the following morning they arrived. I ordered Cartridge People replacements for my Epsom XP-4200 they provide good value and great quality but Epson have ways of spotting this and I keep getting messages telling me i should replace the cartidges with their own product. Well no, not unless they can match Cartridge People on price and quality. Keep up the good work”

“I bought a £41 black print catridge and it finished in less than a week after only printing less than 20 pages. This is rudiculous and a waste of money!!”

“Great prices but the aftersales cold calling is shocking. 4 phonecalls(as I was ignoring them as I knew it was to try to get me to switch to own brand) and an email. Put me off using them again.”

“I have not yet used the products but have done so before. They arrived quickly. I regret that I can only use the expensive HP cartridges in my machine. The own-brand cartridges do not function in it.”

“Yes I had some frustrating issues with my HP Jet Printer which I could not resolve even getting some advise from other people, so I made contact with Cartridge People and discussed with the support team. The team person Aden was excellent he was patient and wanted to help to resolve the problem. After providing some details of the issue I was experiencing over the phone. The problem was determined that 2x of the Toners was far too old and needed to be replaced even when they registered 50% After receiving the toners and replacing them into the printer and running a test all found operating as normal. This issue I had was going on for a few months. I am very grateful of the genuine help from Aden at Cartridge People. He suggested if any other issues to get in touch again. I am a very happy customer 😊 James McP”
