“I ordered an HP cartridge, but agreed to use your own cartridge following a telephone call from you. I had previously had an issue with your cartridges but was assured that software changes meant that it would definitely work. It did not work, however, and I was obliged to reorder the HP version and was told the price had increased by £4 in the interim. I am disappointed that I am out of pocket having simply followed your recommendations.”

“After placing my order I got a call from an extremely friendly staff member (Jayden?) explaining that their own compatible cartridges could now be used in HP printers as they had developed a workaround solution around HP technology. He offered to send me three cartridges in place of the two HP ones I had ordered, free next-day delivery (to Northern ireland, a rare treat!)and no quibble returns in case the compatible cartridges did not work. Cartridges arrived the next day and worked perfectly. Great service!”
