“Cartridge People delivered quickly and the after sales support from Chris was spot on so no complaints at all about them, unfortunately one of my integrity-lacking neighbours stole the parcel which wasn't helpful. However a replacement was quickly sent so I can't fault their customer service from start to finish and I'd definitely use them going forward.”

“Sam was enormously helpful and patient with me and found out that the message I got on the computer about the cartridges that they were "used or counterfeit" was wrong. In fact, my printer was jammed. I am hugely grateful to Sam for being so helpful over the phone.”

“The process of ordering was straight forward and the price competative. Please consider using smaller packages for cartridges that will fit through a standard letter box, as it is very annoying to be under "house arrest" when the courier states that the package is going to be delivered.”

“Ordering is always very easy and straightforward and deliveries are quick. If like me, and you forget that you have bought a new printer and need different cartridges, they will happily accept back the ones you ordered out of habit and don't now need! The telephone is also answered promptly by a very helpful Sam.”
