“After a nightmare of a time with Arnold clark when I bought my last car I was dreading getting my new one, thankfully the CarStore is nothing like Arnold clark. The salesman Andrew was so helpful and all staff were really welcoming and friendly, there was no pressure from anyone, I didn’t feel hounded, and considering I changed my payment plan 3 times I didn’t once feel like an inconvenience.
On collection, I was not seen until 30mins after my appointment time which is my only moan, but even then the girl was very apologetic and everyone made sure I was comfortable and offered refreshments.”
