“Recently my son Loukas purchased a Citroen DS3 from Peter Vardy Car Store in Dundee. The vehicle a one owner, low mileage example was well prepared and has met most expectations. I flew to Edinburgh and was picked up from the airport gratis all part of their customer service.
The sales consultant 'Robbie' from the off was polite, attentive and arranged things without too much angst. I was particularly impressed with the video that was produced very quickly after showing interest online which introduced you to your sales representative and a good all round vision both internally and externally of the car.
I have now reviewed and re-scored 'very good' as even though car had an issue that slipped through their 'quality' process a solution has now been agreed and under pinned via Ryan Hopkins in service dept. So this definitely would not hold me back from considering potential future or repeat business with CarStore - well done Robbie for making the experience overall worthwhile and excellent follow up communication..”
